HSC is the 1^st Japanese Steel Coil Center in Hanoi.

• 1997 – Established Saigon Steel Processing ( SGC – South of Vietnam )

• 2002 – Established Hanoi Steel Center ( HSC – North of Vietnam )

• 2003 – Operation of HSC started

• 2005 – Established Danang Steel Center ( DSC – Center of Vietnam )

• 2006 – Operation of DSC started

• 2010 – Merged Danang Steel Center into Hanoi Steel Center. DSC became branch of HSC.

• 2011 – CSGT Metals Vietnam Joint Stock Companyinvested in HSC

• 2012 – HSC No.1 Factory was sold

Expansion of No.2 Factory was finished

SHAREHOLDER STRUCTURE

Asof November 2013, HSC has 3 investors with the capital contribution as follow:

+ Sumitomo Corporation (Japan): 72.9%

+ Sumitomo Corporation Vietnam (Vietnam): 8.1%

+ CSGT International Corporation (subsidiary of China Steel Global Trading Corporation): 19%
