ANNUAL OUTDOOR EVENT
With the goal of strengthening cohesiveness, communication and morale as well as creating a fun playground for all members after the long working hours, HSC’s Trade Union organizes an outing every year.
This year, the event was taken place on Sep 28th 2019 at Thao Vien Resort, Trung Son Tram, Son Tay, Hanoi. Located only 40 km from downtown Hanoi, Thao Vien resort is becoming one of the largest multi-functional resorts nearby.
About 150 HSC’s members attended the event
We joined in activities with an enormous enthusiasm, especially in the exciting and enticing team-building games that clearly demonstrates the team spirit, creativity and energy of all participants.
Firstly, the members were divided into 3 groups, and then the elected leaders chose the meaningful colour for their own teams’ uniform.
In order to boost team morale, at the beginning all players did a funny warm-up following the MC’s request that brought peals of laughter and great joy to everyone.
The contest consisted of 4 rounds: Start – Obstacle race – Speed-up - Finish
The competition among 03 teams to get the highest scores became more and more dramatic and intense through each round.
* Round 1 – Start: Each team must create its own brand name, slogan and then made a presentation. Just in a short time, all team had completed this challenge.
Red team: SOLIDARITY 1
Green team: PEACE
Yellow team – Solidarity 2:
Round 2 – Obstacle race: This activity was very tricky and required the members’ deftness to throw a hoop over the toy deer’s neck correctly from the distance.
Round 3 – Speed-up: This competition is full of interesting. All the Participants had to made great effort to obtain highest score.
All blindfolded members took turns to get a ball on the ground by riding a toy deer at the highest speed.
Round 4 – Finish: Although 03 difficult games had passed, all teams seemed still extremely energetic and determined to conquer the final challenge.
The game really came alive in the last minutes as the winner would be decided. And finally, Green Team – PEACE won convincingly the First Prize with the highest score.
Red Team – SOLIDARITY 1 and Yellow Team – SOLIDARITY 2 also achieved the impressive result.
All HSC’s members totally immersed ourselves in the exciting team games. After an active morning, what stayed with us were not the tiredness, but the joyful faces and the bright and cheerful spirits.
Next, we enjoyed lunch at the Banqueting Hall and took a rest in a stilt house.
In the afternoon, it was time for everyone to discover the resort services: swimming, hot spring bath, glass slide….
The trip actually closed but all members of Hanoi Steel Center already enjoyed the happy and memorable moments, to be refreshed and ready for further contribution to the company, make our company more and more developed.
